A Look Back While Moving Forward

Since starting this business in 2016, we’ve pivoted a couple of times while learning about and coming to understand our primary market better. The people I started with fell away, and the people I needed to be with now surround me. Through this journey, our commitment to serving communities by assisting charitable organizations stayed at the forefront. Helping nonprofit organizations grow their missions strategically, and operate more effectively, remained a core part of our company culture. When COVID-19 hit NY state and the country, our economy descended into chaos with millions of business closures. Our company remained open and continued to serve its clients. We shifted from working with independent producers to work primarily with community-based organizations (CBOs). As a result, UNTOLD Story is thriving, and new opportunities have come our way. We have found our center, our strength in promoting health, wealth, and collaboration.
